Thank God it’s Friday. Yup, I look forward for this day every week just like any other ordinary employee. However, to get home early is impossible because in all of the days in a week, why the h— buendia is always congested every friday going down to Baclaran. After passing south superhighway I have to step out of the bus and start walking to reach my destination LRT Buendia station…because if not, I will be having 9-9…get it!

What happened for this whole day of friday you may ask? Well, we had our training with sir Dick about SQL Database and after our boss celebrated in advance her birth-day by treating us with a lunch, Max Fried Chicken..hmm..thanks! Happy b-day boss! Tisha…after eating chicken and everything that comes with it, for our dessert we eat her a cake! haha…

I arrived home finding Gabi and her mom already at the house. I was informed that Gabi left early from church because she has disagreement with her lola. Tonight is scheduled for Santa Cena and as usual, the two kids would also want to participate in the drinking of the wine and eating the unleavened bread. As the bread was being passed, she urged her lola to take one for herself but the older one refused since they are still too young for this to participate. So this made her very upset and decided to go home on her own. Upon arriving home, she was asked by her mom what happened and she refused to answer. After some probing, she then cried and told her that she doesn’t want to go back to church and would not speak to her lola again. Her mom asked her for the details and then was relayed to me. I explained to her the reason why this service is being performed, and it is a Holy thing not just for the fun of eating and drinking. If she really wants to participate, then she can wait until she’s old enough to understand the doctrines and accept Christ as her personal Saviour. But for the meantime, she just have to be patient. We told her that anytime we can drink Welch grape juice and Skyflakes.
